Ghana's Number 1 educative and entertaining Christian TV show that reveals the entertaining side of the body of Christ, 'Foot Print,' has awarded gospel diva Gifty Osei last month on the 25th January, 2014 for her tremendous effort in helping the cause of Foot Print.
This event was held at the Oak Plaza Hotel located on the Spintex Road in Accra. Speaking to the C.E.O of Foot Print, Mr. Albert Acheampong, he told your most authoritative Flex newspaper that, this is something they did to honour the gospel acts who have one way or the other been a blessing to the course of Foot Print and Ghana as well.
“To be honest with you, we should have done more than enough for this gallant soldiers who have helped built us, built the industry and many others through our platform but we know God is the ultimate award giver,'' Mr. Albert Acheampong expressed his gratitude.
Other gospel musicians like Supt. Kofi Sarpong, Mary Ghansah, O.J, Grace Ashly, Cwesi Oteng, Joe Metle, UncleAto, Nii Okai et al were also in the fray. Dignitaries like the General Secretary of the Christian Council of Ghana Rev. Fred Dogbe, CEO of IFS, Bishop Agyin Asare and some officials from MTN and Tigo did the presentation to the artists.
Empress GiftyOsei who has been consistent in her career as a gospel musician has received a lot of awards across the world latest of which is Foot Print's. Foot Print is undoubtedly the only entertainment show on TV that has brought a lot of glory to our gospel musicians in Ghana.
