Rackus Entertainment have officially signed an agreement with the Ghana Football Association to provide entertainment to the Black Stars before and during the World Cup in Brazil.
The company has in past provided in-house entertainment to the Black Stars which saw artistes like "Shatta Wale" perform at the team's camp ahead of the World Cup qualifying match against Egypt in Kumasi which Ghana won 6-1.
And the Acting General Secretary of the GFA, Mr. Emmanuel Gyimah, is confident that the partnership with the entertainment company will provide the team with the needed relaxation after their training sessions and matches as Ghana seeks to improve its performance at this year's World Cup .
"This will psychologically help the players to perform better and even double their efforts at the World Cup", the GFA General Secretary said at the official announcement of the agreement.
Rakus will also provide comedy, films and other forms of entertainment that will be aimed at preparing the team for success in June.
The President of the company, Mr. Felix Okoh said their aim is to combine entertainment with football to showcase what Ghana has to offer and also put the Black Stars in a relaxed frame of mind for the important task ahead.
