A sound mind exists in a sound body and it is in this light that organisers of the maiden edition of the annual Ghana Dance Festival (GDF) presents the first in series of the special dance aerobics session dubbed Burn-Out Dance Aerobics.
The event which promises to be exciting has some of the best aerobics instructors and activities, guaranteeing a well trained heart, burn of calories and fitness.
This will take place on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at the Aviation Social Centre, Accra at 6.00 am prompt.
Organisers have since urged all [including but not limited to dancers, keep fit clubs, and health conscious individuals] to participate and experience healthy workout session from some of the nation's best fitness trainers.
The first 100 people will receive special passes to officially participate in Millennium Marathon slated for the 5th of September, headlined by one of the world's finest athletes Haile Gebrselassie.
