22-years old American hip hop recording artist , Young Thug has been announced as a performer at this year’s MTV Africa Music Awards 2015.
Young Thug was announced as one of the performers for the event, which is billed to hold on July 18, 2015, at the nominees party that held at the Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos, Nigeria.
He joins Neyo, Davido , Yemi Alade and Cassper Nyovest who were earlier announced as performers.

He was born on August 9, 1992, in Atlanta, Georgia as the second youngest of his ten siblings, Young Thug gained major recognition in 2014, after being featured on a string of singles, including About the Money and Lifestyle, the latter of which peaked at number 16 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart.
There’s a lot of Ghanaian interest in this year’s awards because Sarkodie , Stonebwoy and Samini have been nominated in the Best Male , Best New Artist and MAMAEvolution categories respectively.
