FULL LIST OF WINNERS AT THE 2015 BET AWARDS

The 2015 edition of the BET Awards took place in Los Angeles Sunday with Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj and Beyonce winning big.

Kendrick Lamar opened the 2015 BET Awards with a powerful performance of "Alright."

British singer Sam Smith continued his hot streak at music awards shows, picking up the night's first prize for best new artist beating out the likes of Fetty Wap and Bobby Shmurda.

Ghana had solid representation in Stonebwoy and UK-based act Stormzy also going home with awards in their respective categories.

Held at the Nokia Theatre, the event was hosted by “Black-ish” stars Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross.
