The Chairwoman of the Miss Ghana pageant, Inna Maryam Patty, last weekend won in the women’s category of a special exercise challenge, organized by fitness centre, Pippas.
The challenge, run over a 30-day period, is to encourage healthy living, and also to get more people to sign up to its programmes. It included sit-ups, planks, and push-ups. On the last day, participants were required to do 100 sit-ups, 3min planks and some 80 push-ups.
The male category was won by Aron Cohn. Pippa’s has been a sponsor of the Miss Ghana brand since 2004.
