Yaya Toure Crowned Glo CAF African Player Of the Year

Ivorian international and Manchester City player Gnégnéri Yaya Touré has for the third time running been named the best player on the African continent at the recently held Glo CAF Awards at the Eko Hotels & Suites in Lagos, Nigeria after he won BBC African Footballer of the Year award.

The awards ceremony which aired on TV was inerspersed with live musical performances from Flavour, Sherifa Gunu, DBanj, Lira, Lagbaja and concluded by the  square brothers P Square.
