One Year After Launch Market Express Proves That Ghanaians Will Shop For Groceries Online

The Online Supermarket - Market Express, is celebrating this, with a 1 Year Anniversary Sale and an expanded Fresh Produce Category.

A year ago Ghana’s online grocery supermarket Market Express launched with a committed mission — to provide a simple and smart online grocery shopping solution. Market Express enables time-strapped customers living in a traffic-congested city like Accra to have more time to spend with their families and loved ones instead of pushing their way through a crowded supermarket after a long day at work.

When Market Express launched, there was uncertainty as to whether Ghanaians would shop for groceries online. What the company discovered is that if you offer genuine brands, competitive prices, fast service and more, the answer is a resounding yes.

In the next couple of years, we will expand our reach into other cities in Ghana and West Africa.
