On Saturday, 10th of June 2017, the Girl Talk team led by Kwabena Kwabena surprised Esinam Seade, the immediate past SRC president of the University of Ghana, Legon. She was all dressed up for a supposed breakfast with her friend who unknowingly to her was a Girl Talk accomplice.
Esinam’s first surprise was seeing and hearing family, friends and colleagues from the SRC she least expected to see, walk to her amidst shouts of ‘surprise’ just as she came out of the Limann Hall.
Just when she was trying to come to terms with what had happened, Kwabena Kwabena and the Girl Talk team emerged from a luxurious stretch limousine with a cake, Vitamilk products and a necklace from Aphia Sakyi Jewelry singing happy birthday.

She literally jumped out of her skin when she saw Kwabena Kwabena. She made her wish, blew out her candles and cut her cake after it had been presented to her.
The event retained an aura of excitement as Kwabena Kwabena invited her as well as her friends and family over for brunch at the plush Best Western Plus, Accra Beach Hotel (erstwhile Dutch Hotel) located at Nungua. They were chauffeured in the limousine to the hotel where they had a lot of fun.
She was as happy as a clam and as she posted videos on her facebook page captioned “the biggest birthday surprise”. According to Esinam, Kwabena Kwabena is one of the most outstanding musicians she looks up to. So it was indeed remarkable for her to have spent time with him on her birthday.
