#GhanaMeetsNaija17 : Stonebwoy Tells Why He’s Not Performing At Ghana Meets Naija Concert

Ghanaian dancehall artiste Livingstone Etse Satekla better known as Stonebwoy has for the past two years not been on the stage of the prestigious Ghana Meets Naija concert and that has been worrying his fans.

Many have questioned the management of the ‘Baafira’ singer why he has not mounted the stage even though he is one of the country’s biggest acts. Well, Stonebwoy’s manager, Sidi Mohammed has an answer to all worried fans who have missed their hero on the Ghana meets Naija stage.

The road manager of Stonebwoy in a Facebook post Cypress Ghana chanced on disclosed that organisers always contact them when preparing for the event but it always clashes with other concerts. He added that Empire, organisers of the annual concert mostly contact them late hence their absence on the Ghana Meets Naija stage for the past two years.
This year’s Ghana meets Naija concert happening this Saturday, May 27 at the Accra International Conference Center clashes with Stonebwoy’s event in Perth Australia, Cypress Ghana gathers.

Sidi made it clear that Stonebwoy has no problem with Empire, organisers of the event.

“CLARIFICATION : For sometime now,I have been receiving messages from fans of Stonebwoy asking if my team has issues with EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT(Organisers Of Ghana Meets Naija). The worry is that, they haven’t seen my brother on for the 2nd time in 2years.

No,there are no issues and we are contacted each year at their planning stages.Unfortunately for us and them,It always coincides with other shows that make their bookings a little ahead of the PRESTIGIOUS GHANA MEETS NAIJA.

We are working on correcting this and hope to be on next year God willing as our lovely fans wish.

THANK YOU
