Photos : Samini Kick Starts "Samini Summer Unplugged" Tour

The much anticipated tour started off on a great note just as expected - the sole purpose of the tour is to have the best fan interaction thus far.

The tour which began on the Memorial Day weekend (Sunday, May 24th), inside Bar7 in Washington DC, is powered by HighGrade Family USA in partnership with  Fred Events and Ghana 4 Ghana - both well known event management companies in Washington DC.

The reviews about the show continued even days after the debut appearance, fans wouldn't let Samini stop performance, which comes as no surprise at all knowing what Samini always proves on stage with his energetic and 'authentic' performances.

The tour will continue all the way till end of summer so America is in for a wild treat. From state to state, Samini justifies why he is an ambassador of African Dancehall and why he is simply born for live band compositions. It is great to know that Ghanaian music is so endorsed and loved by others even if they are not African.

After his performance, Samini assured fans that with serious preparation going towards his 4th album 'Breaking News', he only felt it right to connect with his American fans and get them pumped up and prepared for new music he has carefully composed.

Samini has had great support from great producers and artistes across the globe for this particular album.
"With 11 years consistency in the music industry, I really have learnt that fans and new listeners are always yearning for you to give your best, your very best. So with that said, I do believe that the years of being in any industry does not justify how great you are as an act, but rather your love and representation of music and most importantly your brand" Samini corroborates.

Fortunately Samini's music has also gone beyond the shores of Ghana, and that has always been his plan. His voice touches souls with his rustic and melodious expression of music which continues to charm all demographics.
