Television and Radio personality Kofi Okyere Darko popularly known as KOD has advised the general public on the safety measures of preventing road accidents after he miraculously escaped a fatal accident on Tuesday, March 31st, 2015.
The horrifying accident which occurred on the N1 Highway whiles he was on his way home after attending a family member’s birthday party at around 11:30pm landed him at the 37 Military Hospital in Accra for treatment.
On the ace broadcaster’s instagram page during the early hours of Wednesday morning he wrote: “This morning, I went to see for the first time this wreckage since I had the accident.
I didn't want to post it but thought we could all learn a thing or two from my it: Always remember God's presence in your life and His power to deliver you from the worst of situations.
Be generous! Give unconditionally and always be there for other people. That includes praying for those you don't even know you, your enemies and those in distress.
Go easy on the roads because there are a lot of stupid/mad/reckless/irresponsible drivers out there. The horrifying accident which occurred on the N1 Highway whiles he was on his way home after attending a family member’s birthday party at around 11:30pm landed him at the 37 Military Hospital in Accra for treatment.

Never go without your seat belt, and make sure everyone is wearing one; that saved me too. Finally, reduce that speed, it makes it easier to maneuver or take quick decisions in case of the unexpected.
God bless us all. Enjoy your day. Don't Hate, Appreciate!”
