Hearts of Oak Board Member, Frank Nelson Nwokolo has applauded the Chief Justice Georgina Theodora Wood’s decision to decline the request of the Ghana FA to speed up the court case brought against it by King Faisal.
“I am very happy with what the Chief Justice did. We have to follow procedure so when we find ourselves in situations like this we will not believe that there is an institution somewhere which can help us jump the queue. She lifted the image of the judiciary,” Mr. Nelson Nwokolo told Accra based Starr 103.5FM.
The GFA wanted the Chief Justice to provide a Judge to preside over the hearing on a daily basis to ensure a quicker resolution of the case for the Premier League to start before 2015.
