The case brought before an Accra High Court by Lawyer Maurice K. Ampaw against outspoken Ghanaian musician Kwame Asare Obeng, popularly known as A Plus has been adjourned to November 14 2014 www.cypressgh.blogspot.com has learnt.
The case will however will be heard in chambers; meaning in private and not for the public who has so much expressed interest in the case.
A Plus who made an appearance today in court was accompanied by his lawyer Mr. Gary Marfo.
