Outspoken Ghanaian musician Kwame Asare Obeng, popularly known as A-Plus will finally make his first it to court on Monday, November 3rd, 2014 as he has been served with a writ of summons by the Accra High Court.In a case verses Maurice K. Ampaw (Plaintiff) and Kwame Asare Obeng (Defendant), the plaintiff prays the court to place an interlocutory order on the defendant from further publishing any “insulting and defamatory” messages until the substantive case has been determined.
On September 11 2014, A Plus described the lawyer as “dumb” for assertions he made on Castro’s disappearance; something which has so far not gone well with the lawyer. Read from here Lawyer Ampaw is very dumb – Kwame A Plus
A Plus has however entered an appearance.
