Interview With Fast Rising Music Star EWA (@ewamusicforyou)

This week on Cypress Ghana Artist Interview - Fast rising Accra based full time singer EWA who hails from Ahenkro in Ashanti Region takes us on a hilarious journey.

He talks about his foray into music, his latest single ''One in a million'' .

The witty and intelligent singer has been catching a lot of buzz from music lovers and attentions from the media luminary with a cool kind of soul music compared to the foreign ,this cool handsome guy shares with us some expressions of his life.

Cypress Ghana :What is your name?

EWA: My show base name is EWA which is derived from my real name Edward Wiredu Antwi.

Cypress Ghana : Where do you hail from

EWA: I'm currently studying at dome pillar2 but from Ashanti-Ahenkro in Ashanti Region where I call Kingstownom

Cypress Ghana : Give us some basic information about yourself.

EWA: . I am a simple and out spoken person, I love fashion, am indoor and kind heartered person. I started my primary school at sunset preparatory in Accra, JHS in Yennyawoso Presby in kumasi, SS Ghana Nation Academy and in Akumadan SS where I completed and tertiary Sunyani Polytechnic.

Cypress Ghana : Why music?

EWA:I'm into music because I've got the talent and the skills to be one of Ghana's favourite. And to reach out the world with love, peace and express emotion and to promote the good image of Ghana

Cypress Ghana : How would you describe your style?

EWA:I am dynamic singer and rapper in hip-life, high-life and Afro pop


Cypress Ghana :What inspires you?

EWA: I am inspired by my mum, my late aunt and my fans from the messages I received from them and God

Cypress Ghana :Do you think Artist/musicians play a vital role in the industry? iF yes .Why, If No Why.

EWA: Yes: because it serves as employment to the unemployed also help to donate to the needy by artist given out some monies to help the orphanage

Cypress Ghana :Describe Music in your own words.

EWA:Music is vocal or instrumental sound combined in such a way as to produce beauty of form harmony and expression of emotion

Cypress Ghana : How old are you?

EWA: 24th/10th/1989 (24)

Cypress Ghana : How many songs do u have so far?

EWA:I have 220song since I started music in 2002 .

Cypress Ghana :Aside Music and Act,what else would you love to do?

EWA:I want to be pastor by I know is a call from God and i'm waiting for that.

Cypress Ghana  :Before you go,what advise do you have for the youths out there?

EWA: Life is war keeping pushing till you get there (do something before you die)
