Reports reaching Us indicate that former Vice President, Alhaji Aliu Mahama, is currently at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra.
Very reliable sources have disclosed to Joy Online that the former Vice President was rushed there today for treatment of a condition that cannot be made public until doctors attending to him have the permission to allow disclosure.
He is, however, reported to be in a stable condition now.
This comes after President John Mahama took a lot of flak for asking Muslims at the Eid prayer ceremony, barely two weeks ago, to pray for the former veep who could not attend the event because of ill health.
