The much awaited national peace musical concert dubbed ‘Nana Perbi and Friends Peace Concert Tour’ which is being organised to entertain and educate the citizens of this country against violence during the elections, has began in the Upper East and West regions.
The venue was packed with gospel music fans who danced their hearts out to music from Nana Perbi and some selected gospel music icons who also thrilled fans to their satisfaction.
All the musicians who performed used the show to sensitize Ghanaians against post-election violence and the need to seek God’s intervention through prayer, preaching and powerful song ministrations.
The concert was packed with inspiring preaching of the gospel, intensive prayers and ever-powerful song ministrations.
The gospel musicians, during the concert, prayed for mother Ghana and sought God’s intervention in the upcoming elections.The venue was packed with gospel music fans who danced their hearts out to music from Nana Perbi and some selected gospel music icons who also thrilled fans to their satisfaction.

They treated gospel music fans to an unforgettable performance.
The event featured stars which included Stella Seal, Amy Newman, Selina Boateng, O.J, Nicholas Omane Acheampong, DSP Kofi Sarpong and Cece Twum.
The tour is being used as an avenue to appeal to traditional and opinion leaders in the various communities to use their influence through education of indigenes to shun political violence.
When the team arrived in the region, there was a massive welcome party, after which they were carried on motorbikes through the town.
The event also saw the crowning of the Peace King & Queen amidst display of creative peace sketches by community members and comedy by P-Kay.
From there, the peace tour would hit the Northern, Western, Central, Volta, Eastern, Brong-Ahafo and the Ashanti regions respectively.
The final showdown is expected to be held in Accra on Sunday, December 2, at the Tesano Baptist Church prior to the elections.
