DStv Rewards Subscribers With “Stay Connected” Promo

DStv Ghana recently rewarded 10 of its DStv premium subscribers, who stayed connected to the DStv Premium bouquet from April to March 2016. 

All eligible subscribers were automatically entered into the competition upon payment of their subscription and the winners were selected through a draw at the end of the period.

The DStv Rewards scheme is an ongoing Customer Appreciation project by MultiChoice Ghana to reward customers who stay on for periods of time. Some of these include the “12th Month Free” where subscribers get the 12th month free if they pay for 11 months ahead of time. 

There are also other more spontaneous offers that give subscribers the chance to get souvenirs, goodie bags, tickets to MultiChoice sponsored events, decoders and monthly subscription. As well as Open Weeks to lower bouquets to enjoy Premium and Compact content regularly.

One of the winners, sport journalist and enthusiast Karl Tuffuor commenting at the presentation expressed his gratitude and surprise at the prize of a home theatre, 32 inch Samsung TV set and DStv Explora.  He said “I have been a DStv Premium customer for a long time and it feels great that DStv is appreciating our loyalty. ”

The DStv Explora decoder is a PVR decoder which gives viewers more control to personalize their DStv viewing experience. With the DStv Explora decoder, subscribers can save up to 220 hours of personal recorded content, view one programme while recording the other, pause live TV for up to 2 hours and conduct word searches. 

The DStv Explora can also be used to rent at least 20 exciting movies from the BoxOffice feature and enjoyed at the viewer’s convenience, it also come with the automatic Catch Up feature that stores several hours of live TV to be viewed at a later time by the consumer.

The Explora combined with the DStv Wi-Fi Connector links your DStv Explora to the broadband internet router in your home, wirelessly and gives you access to up to three times more content with Catch Up Plus and can activate the Remote Recording functionality, which allows you to set to record on your DStv Explora from DStv.com via your laptop, smartphone or tablet. Remote Recording is also accessible on the DStv Now app once your decoder is online.
