Jay Ghartey Drops New Ballad Titled “Marry You”

New York based Ghanaian R&B/Afro-pop singer, Jay Ghartey, follows up “Chop Something” with a brand new ballad dubbed “Marry You” (All My Life).

The mid-tempo song which was produced by in-demand sound engineer, Killbeatz, is strictly a wedding song dedicated to all new couples.

In order not to confuse listeners, Jay Ghartey explained why he choose the main title “Marry You” and subtitle “All My Life”.

“The song is a perfect wedding song and a celebration of loyalty and love. And so after much discussion with management we decided the most fitting title would be ‘Marry You’ (All My Life),” he stated.

The “Papa” hitmaker recently released an Afrobeats jam titled “Chop Something”. The song which was produced by Dugud received massive airplay, rotated on social media and ended up trending for days. The video for “Chop Something” is 90% ready and will soon be out for viewing pleasure.
