‘THE EXPERIENCE’, is the biggest gospel concert in the world, which attracts over 700,000 people. This year’s concert saw great gospel acts from the world over gracing one stage and leading others to worship and praise God.
This year’s artiste include Donnie McClurkin, Don Moen, Frank Edwards, Micah Stampley, Sammy Okposo, Kim Burell, Fred Hammond, Nathaniel Bassey, Hezekiah Walker, Kim Burell, Chioma jesus, Jessica Reedy, Julius Nglass, Lagos City Chorale,LMGC, Midnight Crew and Our very Own Minister Sonnie Badu.
The Experience also provided a platform for all artistes to bond and create unity among them. Prior to the event held on December 4, 2015, there was a press conference for all artistes to share their experience and answer questions from a section of the public.
In an interview with Sonnie badu, he noted that “I am humbled by Experience 10”. It was an awesome experience to lead many to worship God and to share the platform with great men of God in the ministry. I will not hesitate to be part of another experience, come next year”, he reiterated.
The event started off with Midnight crew that led worship and took the gathered audience through worship. Next was Don Moen, who also took the audience through his classicals and sometime of prophesy. The concert was interspersed with comedy from ‘Akpororo’ who brought down the house with his bag of unexpected jokes. At around 12:15am, International Act, Sonnie Badu took the stage and got many out of their seat with handkerchiefs, dancing to his upbeat Afro-centric praise.
There was also a digital message from Bishop T.D. Joshua to the gathered audience. Pastor Paul Adefarasin, the visionary of ‘THE EXPERIENCE’ gave hearty greetings to all present and appreciated all dignitaries’ at the concert.
“The EXPERINCE”, is hosted by Pastor Paul Adefarasin, who is the Metropolitan Senior Pastor of the House of the Rock Churches. ‘THE EXPERIENCE’, also forms part of the 21st anniversary of the House of the Rock Churches.
The event was witnessed by the Executive Governor of Lagos State, who was represented by his Commissioner for Poverty Alleviation, Mrs. Lola Akande who gave a speech and welcome dignitaries.
