Revamp Africa Hosts Black Podium Young Professionals Networking Mixer In Atlanta

Innovative, non-profit organization Revamp Africa is hosting the 2nd edition of their networking series for young, professionals “Black Podium: Young Professionals Networking Mixer”, and this time they are taking over Atlanta, Georgia. The event will take place on Saturday October 24th, 2015 from 5-8 pm at the Hyatt Atlanta Midtown.

The main purpose of the mix and mingle event is to introduce, connect and solidify partnerships amongst a new generation of innovative, multicultural entrepreneurs and business professionals. There will be food and beverages, raffle giveaways and so much more.

“We had an amazing turnout at our first Black Podium which was held in Accra, Ghana. The feedback was so positive that we decided to go global with this initiative. Whether you are a young photographer, developer, social entrepreneur or an expert medical doctor we encourage you to attend this event. It is very important for young entrepreneurs and business professionals to realize that a good professional network is the best form of currency that they can have in business.

We hope to host Black Podium on every continent within the next 5 years, and raise tons of money for some amazing developmental projects for young Africans in the process," states Whitney A. Osei,President & Co-Founder of Revamp Africa, Inc."

The dress code for this event is business casual for both men and women. Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring along a business card to exchange with one another and to be entered in the raffle drawing.

Discounted tickets are available online at http://revampafrica.org/event/black-podium. All ticket proceeds will go towards Revamp Africa's I-HUB Resource Center, a study zone for young adults to work and receive tutoring in Ghana.
