NAFTI Students Film Festival Announces Film Competition

The NAFTI Students Film Festival is the oldest film festival in Ghana. As the premier film school in sub Saharan Africa, the NSFF was setup by enthusiastic students of the National Film and Television Institute to award the efforts of students who excel in their final year productions.

The NSRC in 2014, decided to merge the NSFF and SRC week into one grand event. This is to help inculcate the spirit of teamwork, healthy living, educate students through talks with industry professionals, and award the brilliance and creativity of students through the NAFTI Students Film Festival.

A film challenge has been added to give continuing students and the general public an opportunity to enter films for awards consideration. This year’s event involves a long list of properly lined up programmes to inspire, educate and entertain students.

This ranges from screenings, food fair, film competitions, inter film departments’ sports competition, among many others.
