Hiplife icon, Obrafour will be headlining the maiden edition of GhanaFest RVA in Virginia, USA on 6th March 2015 as the city of Richmond Virginia joins to celebrate Ghana’s 58TH Independence.
The three day event will commence with a Cultural Exhibition on March 6th and 8th,Youth Rally on March 6th and a Food Festival on March 7th featuring “Taste of Ghana”.
“This is event is specially designed to expose our culture to people in our community here in Virginia.” Lois Yankah said. “It’s to showcase our Ghanaian music, art, culture and dance to the residents of Richmond Virginia and beyond”.
“Obrafour will be giving a talk on recording, writing and performing music during the day on Friday March 6 before performing to all patrons who will be attending the independence celebration at Altria Theatre in the evening.”
The event will be hosted by Sheilah Belle from Praise FM in Richmond Virginia.
