Right or wrong? Sarkodie Hits Hard At Ghanaian Media In A New Freestyle Called "Free Press"

Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has expressed his displeasure about how Ghanaian journalists use their platforms to talk ill of Ghanaian artistes including himself but raise Nigerians and other foreign musicians high.

The BET award winner in a new mixtape titled “Free Press’ made his comments with regards to the media’s reaction Reggie Rockstone advice to build a statue of the rapper in appreciation for his hard work and efforts to place Ghana on the world map.

Obidi said the media do not follow him when he travels to Los Angeles for BET award but they tweet to talk against him. Comparing the Ghanaian media to that of Nigerians, he said they follow their artistes to BET to boost their morale to work harder.

The lyrics read, “If you cannot help, please leave us a lone. Support our own. Fuse ODG, R2bees and myself are trying hard and we need your support.

Stop talking like fans,” Sarkodie told Ghanaian journalists in his new mixtape “Free Press”.Angry Sarkodie further advised journalists in Ghana to work harder to also get the chance of being on international media houses.
