Organizers of the Fashion Icon Awards have announced a partnership deal with Channel 5 TV, a network on on Multi TV, that will see the latter screen it’s 2014 ceremony.
A press statement from the organizers reads:
“We have received many complains that large numbers of people will not be able to attend the event because of venue size that can only accommodate 550 people and only 200 tickets are available for sales while other goes to nominees, sponsors and industry personalities.”
It further reads: Because of that and many other reasons, we have decided to partner with channel 5 TV to broadcast the event live for people to watch at their own comfort zone.”
The event is powered by West Coast Entertainment Ghana Ltd, and Global Dreams Management.
