Beyoncé Set To Perform At The 2014 Video Music Awards

MTV will honor the superstar with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.

Beyoncé's not just his little wife. After wrapping up the On the Run tour with hubby Jay Z, Mrs. Carter is scheduled to hit the stage solo at the 2014 Video Music Awards (use these GIFs to help process).

In addition to her return to the VMA stage (her fourth time total), the "***Flawless" singer is set to receive the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, which MTV dubs as their highest possible honor.

The award has gone to the likes of Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, Madonna, and the King of Pop himself, Michael Jackson. Expect 'Yoncé to bring the heat like only she can. This will be her first live performance for the VMA's since her pregnancy-announcing appearance in 2011.

Other confirmed performers this year include Ariana Grande, Usher and Maroon 5.

The 2014 Video Music Awards will air live from The Forum in Inglewood, Calif., Sunday, August 14, at 9:00 p.m.
