Obour, in a statement, expressed disappointment at the current board of GHAMRO for failing to achieve the core objectives of the institution.
As the president of MUSIGA, Obuor is an automatic board member of GHAMRO.
He said in the statement: "the current direction and focus of GHAMRO as an organisation does not guarantee the utmost benefits to right owners and members."
But Carlos Sakyi refuted Obour's statement in an interview with Scoop on Hitz FM stating MUSIGA rather "is a living disaster".
"If he has any dignity left, the best thing to do is to resign. It is disgraceful,” and added that ever since Obour joined GHAMRO, he has never made any contribution to the board.
Carlos Sakyi noted that Obour's conduct is gross violation of board's ethics.
He alleged that Obour and his administration “have already destroyed MUSIGA. I mean MUSIGA is a living disaster now and now they want to mess up GHAMRO too."
