Negative thoughts have a direct harmful effect on physical beauty, renowned Beauty Therapist, Faustina Adodo Adjagar, Chief Executive of First Choice Hair and Beauty has told NEWS-ONE.
She has therefore called on Ghanaian women who want to enhance their physical beauty to direct their thoughts on positive things that make them happy while they seek the services of professional beauty therapists.
Faustina emphasized the need for women to take beauty therapy as an integral part of their lives and said contemporary beauty therapy goes beyond the use of a range of facial and body treatments to look and feel better, adding that one’s state of mind and attitude also have a role to play in that regard.
She explained that beauty therapy and grooming is one sure way of brightening a woman’s world, making her happy with her family and instilling a sense of confidence in her.
“I really believe in looking beautiful. Even if you are down, and you go to a salon and you are able to get what you want, you will realize that you will be very happy at the end. It is not just about we selling hairs but it is also about getting people to know what they are. If a woman has a problem with the husband and for months she is down, when she comes to us, we let them know that the more they focus on negatives, the more it affects their beauty. We help them to boost their confidence,” Faustina noted.
