Award winning actress Martha Ankomah has joined the list of influential stars to work with Ghanaian born and award winning Hollywood filmmaker Leila Djansi.
The sexy actress is a lead character in a new thriller called “A trip to hell” directed by Leila Djansi and produced by Mabel Germain.
The movie was shot in Ho in the Volta Region of Ghana and has a lot of suspense.
Martha who plays (Bella) in the thriller decides to spend time away from home with her charming boyfriend. As they embark on the journey their vehicle breaks down and their only option is to spend the night in a haunted motel. Will Bella and her boyfriend played by (Omar) of Spirited actor fame survive the night?
Seasoned crew from America and Ghana worked on the horror/Thriller production which is expected to hit cinemas before the close of year.

“Leila doesn’t play with her work especially on set and I personally think she is and will remain one of the best directors to come from Africa. I am hoping this movie grabs a lot of nominations and awards in the coming year because of the hard work and dedication from the cast and crew” she said.
The filmmaker before this production wrote and directed another movie called “Northern Affair” which Stars Joselyn Dumas and John Dumelo and is also expected to be released in December.
