Organizers of Ghana Movie Awards, Gollywood Productions Limited, has announced a deadline for entries for the 2013 edition. Prince Tsega, general manager of the award, in a release issued, said: “We wish to remind all movie producers who are interested in participating in the up coming 4th Ghana Movie Awards, that the extended deadline for the submission of entries for the event is November 15, 2013.”
Interested producers are to download entry form at www.ghanamovieawards.com and fill it and submit to the Film Producers Association of Ghana, (FIPAG) offices in Accra at COSGA premises and Kumasi before November 15, 2013.
The fourth edition of the Ghana Movie Awards will come off at the Accra International Conference Centre on December 30, 2013.
The award, which commenced in 2010, is aimed at promoting excellence in the Ghana movie industry as well as in the African region.
Fred Nuamah, the CEO of the award ceremony over the weekend, revealed the award was not just about celebrating talents in the movie industry but also had social significance.
