A Ghanaian tertiary school student will be amongst the winners of the 2nd Annual Ghana DJ Awards as the GDAs presents a golden opportunity to DJs in various tertiary institutions across the country to be recognized and awarded on a national platform with the introduction of the Campus DJ of the Year Award, organizers Merqury Republic have announced.
The category was revealed at a media conference held at Club Aphro, Dzorwulu in Accra on September 18.
With great DJs like DJ Black (Joy FM), Bola Ray (Joy FM), Geovani (YFM) and others shooting to stardom as student DJs from various tertiary institutions in Ghana, this initiative presents an opportunity to talents in tertiary institutions to launch onto a bigger platform for recognition.Six nominees will be shortlisted by the Ghana DJ Awards Jury based on research, experience, professionalism, appeal and as they have observed from submissions.
