VGMA Artist of the year nominee & OH VERA hitmaker D-Black is set to shoot the music video for 'Happy', the afropop club banger off his 2013 VGMA nominated sophomore album 'The Revelation'.
'Happy' features the beautiful songstress Raquel who is also up for highlife song of the year and female vocalist of the year at this year's Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
D-Black who is packing 6 massive nominations at the awards for his hit song 'VERA' and 2012 Channel O Music Video Award winning song 'Falling' featuring Nigeria's Mo Cheddah has hinted that the video for Happy will be shot on location in Johannesburg and Suncity, South Africa in the next couple of weeks.
Raquel's brand new single 'Let You Go' which also features D-Black and is receiving massive radio play is also being prepped for its video shoot with award winning video director Abraham Ohene Gyan in the next few weeks as well in Ghana.
D-Black has confirmed to us that the official release for the music video for 'Happy' will be via a synchronized T.v release on numerous stations continentally.
Let's wait and see what these two have in store for us once these videos hit our screens.
D-Black who is expected and highly tipped to win BIG at the 2013 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards will be performing in London at the 02 Arena on the 26th of May at the Afrobeats Concert and in Amsterdam, Holland at the YES BOSS Concert on the 8th of June 2013.
