Nana Appiah Mensah, popularly known as NAM1, CEO of Menzgold, a gold dealership and investment firm, is set to address a press conference on Monday, 19th August 2019, where he is expected to provide final practical solutions to all issues bordering on the Menzgold saga.
In a post shared on his social media handle, Instagram, he said he would address the press "regarding the state of affairs of our companies with final resolutions towards all pending matters geared towards a highly possible rebound soon".
NAM1 has been slapped with 13 counts of defrauding by false pretenses, money laundering, abetment and carrying on deposit-taking business without licence contrary to Section 6 (1) of the Banks and Specialised Deposit-taking Institutions Act.
sister and his wife, Benedicta Appiah and Rose Tetteh, have also been charged with two counts of abetment to defraud by false pretence and two counts of abetment to carry out banking business without a licence.

The charge sheet explained that the accused persons purportedly aided Brew Marketing Consult and Menzgold to defraud the customers.
NAM 1 was subsequently released on bail after he was picked up on his return to Ghana.
