Stakeholders meeting on the Year of Return, Ghana 2019 was held at the Office of the President, Diasporan Affairs on Thursday, 10th January 2019.
Discussions mainly centred on the various roles to be played by the various Tourism Trade Associations, Private and Public Institutions to ensure a successful programme of activities for the YEAR OF RETURN, GHANA 2019.
Present at this meeting were representatives of the Tourism Private Sector including Ghana Tourism Federation (GHATOF) , Car Rentals Association (CRAG), Ghana Hotels Association (GHA), Tour Guides Association of Ghana (TORGAG), Tour Operators Union of Ghana (TOUGHA), Ghana Progressive Hotels Association (GHAPROHA), Board of Airlines, etc.

Various government institutions present also included Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration (MFARI), Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Interior, Ghana Tourism Authority, Office of Diasporan Affairs (Office of the President), Ghana Airport Company Ltd.(GACL), Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), etc.
