Ghanaian content will be prioritized by music and lifestyle channel, FIESTA in its goal to “project and promote” the craft of artistes.
Majority of the content to be aired on the channel will be by Ghanaians or from Ghana, says Business Manager, Jay Foley.
“…It will also be able to project and promote content, not only from Ghana but majority from Ghana, and then also give room for about 20% from the rest of the world as well,” stated Foley during an interview with Eli Kharis on ‘Buzz’ on Rythmz Live on GhOneTV.
“And based on that I’m building a new, very, very powerful brand and I ask Ghanaians for all the support and the patience for me to be able to get this done.”

The all-new channel officially starting broadcasting on August 1, 2018. It offers viewers the latest in celebrity gossip, entertainment, new music videos and other exciting features.
FIESTA airs on cable Television platform DSTv channel 329 and GOtv channel 159.
The channel was founded by Abraham Ohene-Djan of OM Studios, and acquired by EIB Network two years ago.
The new owners are positioning FIESTA to become Africa’s leading music and lifestyle channel with creative and brilliant programming.
Accra will host the first of three channel launches on August 22, followed by Takoradi on September 1 and on September 8 in Kumasi.
