On 2nd September 2017, an all-new event will be launched to serve as a tool to heighten the Modeling industry of Ghana.
The event dubbed "Individual to Industry” a Masterclass with Roselyn Ashkar, is her initiative as a Ghanaian International Model.
Miss Ashkar seeks to empower and expand the knowledge of budding young and talented models in her home country; thereby, highlighting on the very salient details in the profession and the fundamental etiquettes essential to the modeling industry through sessions of interactive lectures.
Mainly focused on expanding the talent pool of qualified Ghanaian models for local and international use, this Masterclass event is scheduled to take place at Carbon inside the Stanbic Heights, Airport City between 10am and 3pm.

The event, as designed and powered by Africa1 Media, further seeks to bring together models and model hopefuls, between the ages of 18 and 25, and professionals from all other aspects of the industry.
The Glitz Style Awards 2017 winner for "Model of The Year", Roselyn Ashkar, together with other seasoned professionals Afua Rida, Amfo Connolly, Valerie Lawson, Steve Morris and a surprise special guest, will give lectures by way of presentations to effects of how-to navigate the industry properly.
The topics covered will range from beauty and skin-care tips, styling and audition presentation, to photography and professional portfolio building, among others.
The event will be hosted by none other than, Antoine Mensah of Live 91.9 FM, with sponsorship from Uber Ghana, Contours by Valerie Lawson, Odara and CQ Legal & Consulting.
Yaw Sarpong-Kumankuma, Operations Manager for Africa1Media, Ghana, mentioned that the model Masterclass, as part of the company's "Thought Leadership Initiative", was one-way Africa1Media is poised to empower young Ghanaian talents in the creative industry.
As a side attraction, Miss Ashkar is committed to gifting TWO lucky model hopefuls with free portfolio shoots.
