Vodafone Delivers Unforgettable SallahFest Experience

To strengthen its bond with Islamic communities across the country, Vodafone Ghana partnered sensational music group VVIP to give Muslims an unforgettable treat during the just celebrated Eid-ul Fitr festival.

SallahFest is a festival that brings Muslim communities together to share a common platform for entertainment in marking the end of the Holy month of Ramadan.

The ‘selfie’ hit makers, in collaboration with Vodafone and other partners, feted over 7,000 indigenes of Nima and surrounding communities as part of activities to mark this year’s Sallahfest.

Commenting, Agnes Emefa Essah, Marketing Director of Vodafone Ghana said:

On the night of Sallahfest, VVIP thrilled thousands of music fans, with electrifying performances from their numerous repertoire. Celebrants were also treated to performances from award winning dancehall artiste, Samini, together with D-Black, Tinny, Kwaw Kese, Praye, Guru and Ex-Doe.
0thers were the ‘Susuka’ hitmaker, Kofi Kinaata who was also recently adjudged the Best New Artiste of the year at the VGMAs, Eye Judah, Ebony and Medikal.

Sallahfest is organized by EXP and VVIP with support from other corporate organisations in the country.
