Multichoice Partners EIB Network To Grow Its Local Content Offering

Multichoice Ghana is thrilled to announce the addition of GHOne TV, to the GOtv platform, to increase the local content offering in Ghana. GHOne TV will thus now be available on all GOtv packages.

GHOne TV will be available on channel 179 and will offer authentic Ghanaian programming comprising of news and current affairs, movies, magazine and talk shows, sports, religious programming and a multitude of variety entertainment amongst others. 

According to Cecil Sunkwa-Mills, General Manager, Multichoice Ghana this addition enriches the current offering of content available in Ghana. Adding that “GOtv is committed to supplying the best and most relevant local and international content to enrich the lives of all subscribers thus the recent addition of more Ghanaian TV channels our bouquets ahead of the digital migration.”
Kwabena Adisi, CEO of EIB Network expressed GHOne TV’s excitement to be able to expand its reach via this partnership to service parts of the country their signal was not available previously adding that, “viewers across the country will now be able enjoy our quality current affairs, news/magazine and captivating talk shows and programmes no matter where they are in the country.”


GHOne TV’s addition increases the number of Ghanaian TV channels to seven which would be available on all GOtv packages. For more information on GOtv’s range of exciting channels to choose from.

EIB is also set to roll out two more radio stations; Super FM (Tamale) and Cool FM (Cape Coast) in addition to existing properties.

The media group also owns Starr FM, LIVE FM, GH One TV, Kasapa FM (all in Accra), Empire FM (Takoradi), Abusua FM & Ultimate 106.9 FM (Kumasi) and Agoo FM (Nkawkaw) as well as the Daily Heritage Newspaper.
