Akosua Ago Aboagye’s Woman2woman Tour Hits Three Regions In August

Empowering women to build stronger economy, achieve goals for development and sustainability is a vital part of a nation’s development hence the second edition of Woman2Woman (W2W).

After the good reviews and success of the first edition, Abrabo - Pa Concept organizers of the event are geared up much packed version coming off in August.

According to the Executive Director of Abrabo-Pa Concept, Mrs. Akosua Ago Aboagye of Peace Fm Akosua, Woman2Woman aims to help women to develop their potentials and fulfill their dreams.

“W2W seeks to help women develop themselves through continuous learning and acquisition of knowledge, love and appreciate themselves, find better relationships, choose the right career, be responsible women and live a life of integrity, be better wives and mothers and dress appropriately,” she said.

It also an avenue for connections where women get to meet other women making changes in the society, interact with them and learn more mentally, emotionally, intellectually, spiritually and physically.

For Aboagye, it was time women get things done by them, love each other, have a sense of belonging and be empowered in the workplace, marketplace and community.
“Bringing women under one  umbrella will help teach women the skills and confidence necessary to secure a job, create a healthy lifestyle, and keep a conducive home for themselves,  husbands and children.

“There is a saying that women are their own enemies but we want to prove that, there are many out there who are ready and extraordinary and successful women out there who are committed to help other women,” she said. 

Woman2Woman is on a mission to break down inferiority complex in women so that they can believe in themselves and do great things,” Aboagye continued.

Due to how the first edition was received and By request, this year’s will take place at three places in two regions.


The first will come off on  August 7 in Accra at the Tesano Baptist church, followed by two in the Eastern Region of Ghana on the 14th and 21st of the same month respectively.

The maiden edition of the W2W was held in June last year at Tesano Baptist Church and it treated topics like topics like : How to love yourself as a woman, How to dress appropriately for your body size and age, What kind of a man do you need in your life as a woman, Balancing your career and your family life and How to do proper makeup.

It brought together the likes of Counselor George , Oheneyere Gifty Anti, Joyce Aryee and Ms Nancy.
