Nigerian singer and actress Tiwatope Savage-Balogun better known by her stage name Tiwa Savage and Don Jazzy are currently in New York where Tiwa is expected to sign a deal with Jay Z's Roc Nation.
They met with Jay Z today at the Roc Nation headquarters. If the deal pulls through, Tiwa Savage will join superstars like Meek Mill, Rihanna, Big Sean, Dj Khaled, Shakira and others who all have management deals with Roc Nation.
At the moment details are still very sketchy but insiders confirm to Cypress Ghana that 'Tiwa is in New York to meet with Jay Z to sign the deal'.
This may actually give credence to earlier reports that Jay Z is considering signing a management deal with Tiwa Savage as earlier announced by two respected Nigerian A&R execs Tola Odunsi and Bizzle Osikoya in May 2016[Here].
Another source tells us, ‘Do you think they will meet Jay Z if it’s not serious business. Just relax they’ll make an official announcement soon’.
