Celma Ribas was born in Angola and grew up in Germany where she made her first steps into the music world.
In 2009 she was one of the finalists of one of the biggest talent shows in the world "IDOLS" out of 32.000 candidates, she made it to the top 30.
After the IDOLS doors of opportunities became open for her as event producers started inviting Celma to be an open act for a lot of international artists such as Black eyes peas, 50 cent, lil kim, yound joc, 112 and more.
In 2009 celma went back home Angola to released her first album called Energia, it was sold out.
Again in 2009 and 2011 Celma was twice nominated on the Angolan awards divas, next to best female singers of Angola.
In 2011 she released her second album called Fantástico and made a tour that took place in Mocambique, Portugal, Cape Verde and Angola.
Celma has 8 video clips and 2 released álbuns.
In 2015 Celma was nominated as best female artist in southern Africa with a song called Fato in lingala, on Afrima Africa Music Awards that took place in november 2015 in Lagos.
This year 2016 Celma is Now nominated at AMA (Angola Music Awards) in two categories, best video clip of The year and best artist internet.
