Ultimate 106.9 FM Breakfast Show ; Setting The Day’s Agenda For The People In Ashanti Region And Beyond

As a writer and radio enthusiast, I spend several hours (morning through night) listening to various radio programs; be it entertainment, politics, lifestyle, comedy, etc to keep up with the trending issues going on around the globe.

In Ghana, our airwaves in the morning is so much saturated with political programs; with most stations copying each other in terms of content, making it unexciting to listen to. There are however a few radio stations that defy the odd and go beyond the status quo.

One of such stations is Kumasi-based Ultimate 106.9 FM.

Its morning flagship program – Ultimate Breakfast Show – is one of a kind, combining current affairs, lifestyle, music, health, thoughts of concerned Ghanaians as well as non-Ghanaian residents and all interesting issues you can think of.

Unlike several radio programs, Ultimate FM’s Breakfast Show treats issues objectively; digging deep to hunt for the right answers to matters that bother Ghanaians. Correspondingly, the right resource persons are interviewed to share their thoughts on essential topics.

Remarkably, the program gives much emphasis to what concerns its cherished listeners, thereby finding the realistic solutions for them.

Ultimate Breakfast Show is produced by a very solid and dedicated team with Prince Minkah as the host.
Prince is a fervent broadcast journalist who has been in the industry for the past nine (9) years. He has worked with radio stations such as Citi FM, Boss FM, Ahenemma Radio, and also Pravda Radio.

Prince worked as a news editor and news anchor at Joy News on Multi TV before joining Ultimate 106.9 FM, a component of Excellence In Broadcasting (EIB) Network as the host of the ‘Ultimate Breakfast Show’.

His first TV experience was at Tv Africa, where he worked as news anchor and a reporter. Driven by the passion to tell the African story on a global platform, Prince Minkah is humbled by each achievement that comes his way every day.

An old student of Ghana Institute of Journalism, Prince thrives on excellence which is embedded in the values he got from journalism school.

He hopes to one day walk in the shoes of the late Ghanaian BBC presenter, Komla Dumor, and that explains why he’s performing tremendously well on Ultimate Breakfast Show.

GhanaCelebrities.Com caught up with Prince Minkah to tell us more about Ultimate Breakfast Show and how the program is breaking grounds in the Ashanti Region. He spoke on a variety of things including what sets Ultimate Breakfast Show apart from the rest of the morning shows in Ashanti Region and beyond.

With the advent of internet, one’s location does not hinder him/her from listening to a favourite radio program.

Just log on to www.ultimate1069.com or on TuneIn wherever you find yourself between the hours of 5:30 am and 9:30 am; Mondays through Fridays. Similarly, you can listen to it from your radio set if you’re within the confines of Ashanti Region on 106.9 Megahertz.

Don’t forget to also share your priceless thoughts on the numerous topics discussed on the program via the various social media platforms:
