The maiden edition of ‘After The Talk Discussion’ took place on Tuesday, 30th June 2015 at Villa Monticello Boutique Hotel in Airport Residential Area.
The event which is an initiative from TEDxAccra as part of its commitment in taking Ghanaians beyond TEDxtalk, was hosted by Jerry Adjorlolo and Gideon Kodo.
The event which was attended by about 60 innovative and creative thinkers from technology, media, science, education, business and entertainment was also livestreamed and air on social media following hashtag #IdeaAfrica with speakers Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Daniel Antwi and Nana Adjei Cosmo.
Speaking to the Curator Emmanuel Leslie Addae, he said the event was free and had over 1000 applications but have to select the audience due to venue capacity and looking forward to charge for subsequent events.
