Chelsea legend Didier Drogba shared a photo of himself in hospital as he prepared to have a surgery to remove a metal plate from his arm in Barcelone.

The footballer, who played his last match last Sunday, May 24th, 2015 posted the pic and wrote on his instagram  - "Time to get ride of my ironman plate!! Sorry I can't see my fans from Thailand and from Australia. Have fun with my people out there!!!! #Barcelona #surgery" #ironman #niceoutfit
