MISS ELITE LEGON is a glamorous and vibrant beauty pageant, organized and conceptualized by ML EVENTS GH and with support from RAWKUS PRODUCTIONS, EVENT GUIDE and CARMUDI GHANA.
With the backing of the University of Ghana’s SRC Women’s Commission, the contest celebrates the beauty, poise and elegance of today’s woman.
The mission of MISS ELITE LEGON is to keep girls out of gangs and drugs while guiding, molding and equipping them adequately as they grow and take leadership roles in our society. This is done through workshops, seminars, fun games, and other educative programs.
Ladies have been selected to represent their respective halls to compete fiercely for the crown. The focus of the competition the use of beauty and intelligence to positively impact lives in society.
The winner will become the AMBASSADOR FOR GIRL CHILD EDUCATION AND WOMEN EMPOWERMENT, and will take the coveted “MISS ELITE ” crown as well as other enviable prizes.
MISS ELITE LEGON's Grand Finale is scheduled to happen on 27th of March 2015. During the University of Ghana SRC women’s week celebration, the ladies will be paraded around campus at Mensah Sarbah Hall and there will be an after party at the T-LOUNGE in East Legon, where the girls will receive a warm welcome with a special red carpet treatment.
