Rapper Kwaw Kese has once again been remanded to two more weeks behind bars as the prosecutors have failed to submit evidence in court.
The Kumasi Circuit Court today (Monday) had the second hearing of the case against the hip life Streets King who was arrested for illegally and publicly smoking weed.
The case will be recalled on December 22nd.
The Justice William Boampong court on Monday, November 24th, 2014 denied the rapper’s lawyer Nana Kwesi Boitie’s plea for his client to be granted bail and remanded him in two weeks custody ahead of today’s sitting.
The prosecuting officer Emmanuel Aconnor, told the court they still have not received the forensic test results for the substance found on the rapper hence the delay.
The judge gave the prosecution two more weeks after which he will make his decision.
