Okyeame Kwame Versatile Show The Beggars Replay Receives Yet Another Standing Ovation

Even though Okyeame Kwame Versatile Show The Beggars which took place on the first week of November received much praised for its professionalism hence gained popular request, however, some media critics before the show, had doubts about how successful the replay shall go down.

21st December 2014 at the National Theatre, Okyeame Kwame and his team comprising of great actors, comedians and entertainers once again received a standing ovation in the auditorium for putting together yet another excellent, energetic, professional and hilarious Versatile Show The Beggars Replay.

The show which was put together for the view of people who didn’t have the chance to have a glimpse of the first show, surprisingly received some patrons of the first show in the auditorium this time again. This explains how important they loved and respected Okyeame Kwame and his team on that marvelous concert they had previously watched.

Some well-respected people who graced the first show and again appeared at the Beggars Replayed includes the Managing Editor of The Insight newspaper Kwesi Pratt, President of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) Bice Osei Kuffour aka Obour, The Deputy Minister for Tourism and Creative Arts Hon. Dzifa Gomashie, UNAIDS Country Director Girmay Haile and Media Personality Andy Dosty.

Okyeame Kwame Versatile Show The Beggars is so far the only show in the history of Ghana, that has received a popular request by its patrons and due to that it also qualifies to be one of the country’s best event that can compete with other events internationally.

As usual, Okyeame Kwame Versatile Show came with its spectacular performances from Okyeame Kwame together with two great musicians, Choirmaster of Praye Fame. The show's aim of combining Music, Drama, Comic, Poetry and Dance on one stage was achieved with excellent stage set up and great acts enough to have patrons like the former first lady, Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings, Amanda Jissih, Ama K Abebrese, Nana Hemaa Awendor, Mr. and Mrs Ayoade , Mark Okraku Mantey, Chester Anie and
The Rap Dacta, after the event announced that, The Beggars Replay would be taken to the other nine regions of Ghana, to involve his fans out there to the excitement of the show.

In Collaboration with National Theatre the event was sponsored by Japan Motors, Viasat1, Global Media Alliance and in Partnership with Aqua Safari Resort in Ada and GhOne TV. The event was financed by Midland Savings and Loans.
