New Music: : Jay Ghartey Teams Up With Flowking Stone On A New Single “Se Wo Do Me A Bra”

Multiple award winning singer, song writer and producer, Jay Ghartey, has finally released “Se Wo Do Me A Bra” featuring Flowking Stone of Bradez fame.

This ballad features a distinctive blend of African pop and RnB genres.

Jay Ghartey has revealed that, the music video for his new single is 90% complete thus fans should expect something special.

Expressing his gratitude to his fans about the new single, he said “Well, the new year is upon us and my fans have been so patient and loyal and I felt the need to give them something – something fresh and new.”

Touching on the visuals for the new single, he said “We have been working tirelessly and it’s a lovely story about love and loyalty that is sure to touch and move feelings. The video will be out shortly after the new years.”

Finally, he commended Flowking Stone, “Flowking Stone is one of my favourite young rappers in Ghana so I was excited to feature him.”

Jay Ghartey, who shot to fame in 2010 with his award winning “My Lady” single and “Shinning Gold” album, continued his career success by releasing another GMA award nominated Afro-pop single dubbed “Papa” in 2011.

He further released double hits in 2013 – “Love You Better” featuring Ugandan multiple award winning songbird, Juliana Kanyomozi and “No Fronting” featuring self-acclaim African best rapper, E.L and AJ Omo Alajah.
Their videos, having enjoyed massive airplay on all the local television stations and other international platforms such as Channel O, received extraordinary feedback from music fans across Africa and the States.

Apparently, his absence was felt in the 2013/2014 music year in the Ghana music industry but on the contrary, his music was felt. He mounted several stages between last and this year in the States including the 7th Annual African Day Parade and Festival held in Harlem, New York.
