At 8:00pm on Friday, 14th November is the international launch of Wiyaala’s brand new self-titled album “Wiyaala” at the Alliance Francaise.
In one of 2014’s most interesting live music concerts with the former Vodafone Icon winner expected to deliver a super-charged theatrical live show.
Wiyaala and the Djimba World Band will be on stage for an hour and half performing songs from her new album, her hit songs “Rock My Body”, “Make Me Dance” and selected popular hits by world class artistes.
“We chose the Alliance Francaise Ampi-theatre because the large stage allows me to work with the band and dancers in professionally choreographed routines. At my shows there is no playback or miming.

I do “real” live music because that is what an international audience demands,” Wiyaala said. “A lot of work and money is going into this show, which will be recorded for distribution to international TV channels and other media outlets,” the singer added.
